CDC Victoria Pty Ltd (CDC) – CDCV Hybrid Photo Competition May/June 2019 – Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is being run by CDC Victoria Pty Ltd (ABN 21 006 822 420) (‘CDC’) of 28 Prosperity Street, Truganina, Vic 3029.
  2. The competition will run from Friday, 17th May to Friday, 21st June 2019, both dates inclusive.
  3. The Competition is only open to Residents of the State of Victoria, Australia. Employees of CDC and its subsidiary companies are not eligible to enter this competition.
  4. To participate in this competition, participants must Like our Facebook Page and Share the original competition post on Facebook. Participants must then post their best photo of our CDC Hybrid bus on their Facebook feed & tag @CDC Victoria + 2 friends to enter. Photos for the competition must be posted on Facebook in the highest resolution possible.
  5. Photos entered must have been taken by you. Photos taken by people other than the entrant will be ineligible. Entrants must make sure that any individuals photographed have given their permission for the photo to be submitted as part of this competition and shared on social media.
  6. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Each person can only enter once.
  7. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the contents of the prize pack.
  8. All eligible entries in the CDC Hybrid Bus Photo Contest will be reviewed by our CEO on Friday, 21st June and the winner will be the entrant submitting the best photography of the CDC Hybrid Bus. CDC’s decision on all matters relating to this competition are final. CDC will not entertain any disputes and no correspondence in this matter.
  9. Only the winner will be notified via private message by Friday, 28th June on Facebook and must respond within 48-hours or the prize may be re-allocated. The winning entry may be released after the competition on CDC Victoria’s Social Media sites in a congratulatory post.
  10. The winner must collect their prize pack in person at CDC Wyndham Depot. 28 Prosperity Street, Truganina by Friday, 12th July 2019.
  11. CDC Victoria reserves the right to, at any time to verify an entry or entrant’s details and disqualify an entrant if we have reason to believe any entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
  12. The Winner may be photographed receiving their prize pack. By entering this competition, you consent to being photographed and for your photograph to be used in promotional material on CDC’s website, social media and other publications.
  13. CDC will collect entrant’s personal information only for the purposes of administering this competition. CDC respects your right to privacy and handles all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act and its Privacy Policy (available at cdcvictoria.com.au).
  14. By participating in this competition, the participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
