Departs from the terminus at Hoppers Crossing Station and runs via Old Geelong Rd, Princes Hwy, Hoppers La, Sneydes Rd, Hacketts Rd, Dunnings Rd, Point Cook Rd, Central Av, Merton St and Railway Av to the terminus at Laverton Station.
