Who we are

CDC Victoria is proudly committed to providing essential bus transport across the Western and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and the Greater Cities of Ballarat and Geelong.

With effect from 1st May 2018, Tullamarine Bus Lines (TBL) has been acquired by CDC Victoria and is now a subsidiary of CDC Victoria. All bus routes currently operated by TBL will remain unchanged – providing the same level of professional bus services to the community.

With the acquisition, we operate a fleet of close to 500 buses and coaches out of six depots within Victoria, providing not just route services, but reliable and competitive charter services for schools, charities, sporting clubs, and various other recreational groups.

Our parent company

Our partners

Victorian Maori Wardens Inc. (VMWI)

CDC Victoria has partnered with the Victoria Maori Wardens since May 2014, who, with the support of Public Transport Victoria, aim to provide safer communities, encourage and assist youth and support Maori families. Victoria Maori Wardens is a not-for-profit organisation made up of volunteers across Victoria. Their work involves uniformed patrol of CDC buses to engage with youth groups to promote good behaviour on board our buses.

The Western Bulldogs

We are proud to be a community partner of the Western Bulldogs, and their Youth Leadership Program, which is a unique education program designed to provide young aspiring community leaders experiences to develop life, civic and employability skills. Our strategic partnership with the Western Bulldogs Youth Leadership Program involves sponsorship and a hands-on role that allows CDC Victoria to run workshops and interact directly with students. These workshops promote good behaviour and empower young people to become model leaders within their community.

Western Chances

Once a small, grass roots organisation providing a handful of scholarships, Western Chances now awards hundreds of scholarships annually to help talented and motivated young people across Melbourne’s west achieve their dreams. By providing funding for small items including MYKI travel cards, textbooks, tuition fees, laptops, internet access and maths calculators, CDC Victoria helps fund one of the most requested items - MYKI cards for scholars in need.

Werribee Football Club

Being part of one of the fastest growing regions in Victoria, CDC Victoria is a community partner of one of the fastest growing VFL teams in Victoria, the Werribee Football Club (WFC). Partnering with Werribee Football club creates opportunities for CDC Victoria to work closely with the local Wyndham community. To promote an inclusive society and drive social change, CDC Victoria proudly supports well-established multicultural programs and school initiatives while learning through sports.

Victoria University

CDC Victoria is proud to be the sponsor of two CDC Victoria Achievement Scholarships, via Victoria University. The CDC Victoria Achievement Scholarships offer strong educational support to enable disadvantaged students attending Victoria University to achieve their goals and make a difference in society.

People & Parks Foundation

CDC Victoria has combined forces with the People & Parks Foundation, Parks Victoria, our bus partners Volgren and CMV Truck and Bus to support and deliver long-term environmental benefits for parks across Melbourne’s West. The aim is to improve and enhance existing green infrastructure, with focus on revegetation and providing sustainable, community parks and recreational facilities in the West.

Brotherhood of St Laurence

CDC Victoria staff generously donate to the Brotherhood of St Laurence to help eradicate poverty in Victoria and provide respite to our fellow Melbournians. Through several staff engagement initiatives & fundraisers, CDC Victoria continues to provide financial and in-kind support to those in need.
